This service is operated by tradingallianzpro.com ("we", "us", "our"). TradingAllianzPro is a subscription software product that helps traders log trades, track performance, and get AI-powered insights. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms.

• You must be 18 or older to use this service.
• Keep your login credentials private — you are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Provide accurate information when signing up.
• One account per person. Do not share access.

• Free plan: 10 AI credits per month, core journaling features.
• Essential plan ($9/mo): 30 AI credits, MT5 sync, chart analysis, notebook.
• Pro plan ($29/mo): 150 AI credits, all features including prop firm tracking.
• Credits refresh monthly. Unused credits do not carry over.
• Extra credit packs can be purchased separately.

• Paid upgrades are currently processed manually by our team after your request is reviewed.
• Until instant checkout is released, activation may take up to 24 hours.
• When Paddle checkout is enabled, Paddle will be the seller of record and billing terms will be updated in this section.

Subscription plans (Essential and Pro) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of payment. Credit packs are non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

• We are not responsible for any trading decisions, profits, or losses.
• Past performance shown in the app does not predict future results.

• The service is provided as is, without any guarantees.
• We do not promise 100% uptime or error-free operation.
• If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

• Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Do not resell or sublicense access to others.
• Do not use the service for anything illegal or harmful.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
