Refund Policy

Short version: We offer a 14-day refund on new subscription payments (Essential and Pro plans). Credit packs are non-refundable. Submit all requests through the in-app contact form.
Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date. This applies to all Essential and Pro plan payments — monthly and annual.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.
- After 14 days, the payment is non-refundable.
- You keep access to the paid plan until the end of the billing period even after a refund is issued.
- Any plan credits allocated for that billing period are voided upon refund.
Annual Plans
- Annual plans follow the same 14-day refund window from the date of payment.
- After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable.
Credit Packs
AI credit packs (50, 150, or 500 credits) are non-refundable. Credits are a consumable digital good and are not eligible for refund once purchased.

AI Credit Usage & Costs
Each AI action in the app consumes a fixed number of credits. The table below shows the credit cost per action and the equivalent cost at the add-on credit pack rate ($0.10 / credit).

Plan credits unused at the end of a billing period do not carry over. Unused credits are voided upon subscription cancellation or refund.
Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly (wrong amount, duplicate charge), we will fix it immediately regardless of timing. Submit a request via the in-app contact form with your account details.
How Refunds Are Processed
- For the current manual billing flow, refunds are handled by our support team to the original payment method used at activation.
- Once Paddle checkout is enabled, refunds will be issued via Paddle as seller of record.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
How to Request a Refund
Open the app, go to Settings → Contact / Support and submit a request with category "Billing / Refund". Include your account email, the date of the charge, and which plan you purchased. We respond within 1 business day.
