What are AI credits?+
Credits power AI features. 1 credit = $0.10 in value. Getting an AI summary for a trade costs 2 credits. Uploading a chart for analysis costs 1 credit. Monthly plan credits reset on the 1st and do not carry over. You can top up anytime with credit packs.
How does MT5 sync work?+
Connect your MetaTrader 5 broker account through the BrokerSync tab. Once connected, all your closed trades import automatically — including entry/exit prices, lot size, profit/loss, and timestamps. No manual copying needed.
Can I use it with a prop firm account?+
Yes. The Pro plan includes prop firm compliance tracking — daily drawdown limits, maximum position sizes, and consistency rules are all monitored against your real trade data so you get alerts before you breach rules.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
You can still log trades, view analytics, and use all non-AI features. AI features are temporarily unavailable until your monthly allowance refreshes (on the 1st of each month) or you top up with a credit pack.
How does billing work?+
Currently upgrades are processed manually — you request an upgrade, our team reviews and activates within 24 hours. Paddle integration for instant billing is coming soon. We will notify you when it is live.
Can I get a refund?+
