What We Collect

  • Account info: Your email address and password (stored as a secure hash).
  • Trade data: All trades you log or import — pairs, prices, lot sizes, P&L, notes, screenshots, tags, and emotional state logs.
  • Usage info: Features used, pages visited, and AI credit consumption — used to improve the product.
  • Payment info: During manual billing activation, we only store plan/payment status metadata needed to activate your subscription. When Paddle checkout is live, card details are handled by Paddle and are never visible to us.

How We Use Your Data

  • To run the app and provide all features you use.
  • To generate AI summaries and chart analysis — relevant trade data is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for this purpose only.
  • To process subscription activation, renewal, and refund requests.
  • To send account-related emails (confirmations, upgrade status, important notices).
  • To improve and debug the product based on how it is used.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Who Can See Your Data

  • You — only you can access your own trades and journal.
  • Anthropic — receives trade data when you use AI features, under their enterprise privacy terms.
  • Supabase — stores your data securely with encryption at rest and in transit.
  • Paddle (when enabled) — handles payment and billing data as seller of record. Their privacy policy applies to billing information collected in checkout.

MT5 Sync

When you connect a MetaTrader 5 account, your read-only broker credentials are transmitted via an encrypted connection and stored securely. We only pull closed trade history — we cannot place trades or modify your broker account in any way.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for keeping you logged in. No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers.

Your Data, Your Control

  • Export your trade data as CSV/JSON from the dashboard at any time.
  • Delete your account from settings — data is permanently removed within 30 days.
  • Request a copy of your data via the in-app contact form.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access controls ensure no user can see another user's data. We conduct regular security reviews.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or in-app notice.
